All art work and graphics will be owned by the commissioning client under IP Law (Intellectual Property) upon completion of works and fulfillment of final invoice payment. Your art work can display © to show it is under IP copyright protection. UK Intellectual Property Office

 

Countries Outside the UK. Displaying "All rights reserved world wide" declares copyright. Please consult your own country's policies regarding application for a Trademark (see note below).

 

Copyright vs Registered Trademark. If you are going to use your commissioned art for saleable items or as a corporate image and you are concerned about the very basic laws of copyright, then you should consider applying for a Registered Trademark.
